Tennessee DECA’s District Career Development Conferences provide members with an opportunity to showcase their knowledge and skills through competitive events that serve as qualifiers for the State Career Development Conference. These conferences are an important part of the DECA journey, allowing students to gain experience, receive recognition, and take the next step toward achieving success at the state and international levels.
